I modeled on the side here and there, and then I met some people in the industry who persuaded me into acting. So I dropped out and moved to New York and started modeling, then I moved to L.A. I wasn’t sure if what I was being taught was actually going to be utilized in any sort of tangible way. I went to university for a creative writing and journalism program, but I felt like I was on a conveyor belt with everyone else. MORENO: I was always interested in storytelling.
